Organizational Development and Change Management Expert

Jim has a passion for developing talent, creating leaders, and bringing out the best in people. With over 15 years of leadership experience, he has successfully transformed cultures, built sustainable leadership networks, and consistently delivered outstanding results. 

Jim has created and led programs to support performance management, individual career development plans, and organizational talent review for our leaders, providing consistency through growth and change. In each case, the challenges of maintaining or redefining the culture and managing the change were present. How do you support broad organizational change without compromising an innovative culture? Jim has partnered with leaders to successfully navigate those changes in complex environments.

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach, Jim has logged over 200 hours of coaching and delivered over 1,000 hours of training to bring out the very best in people, create highly engaged teams, and achieve top-tier performance for his clients to gain a competitive advantage in their industries. By focusing on natural talent and strengths, leaders at all levels can reach that new level of performance. 

With experience as a US Army Ranger, Company Commander, Infantry and Logistics Officer, Jim thrives in a high-stakes environment where successful performance leads to meaningful impact, and he knows how to coach others to perform under pressure. 

Jim holds an MBA from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Physics from Boston College. He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a Change Cycle certified trainer. He has completed courses in Advanced CliftonStrengths® coaching, Coaching Builder Talents for Entrepreneurs, and Creating an Engaging Workforce for Engagement Champions.
